Working Principle
The working principle of the electric ball valve mainly depends on the electric actuator and the ball valve two parts of the coordinated work. Electric actuator is responsible for receiving the control signal and convert it into mechanical movement, generally using the motor as a power source, through the gear device to convert the motor’s rotary motion into a linear motion, which pushes the valve stem to make the ball rotate. The sphere is the opening and closing part of the valve, which is rotated to achieve fluid control. When the sphere is turned to align with the channel, the fluid can pass smoothly; when the sphere is turned to perpendicular to the channel, the fluid is blocked.
