Principle of operation
The principle of operation of the Vertical Lift Check Valve is based on the vertical lifting motion of the valve and the resetting action of the spring. The specific process is as follows:
Opening process: when the pressure of the medium in the pipeline gradually increases and acts on the valve flap, the valve flap will overcome the resistance of the spring and move upward, so that the valve opens. At this time, the medium can flow smoothly through the valve to the downstream.
Close process: when the pressure of the medium in the pipeline is reduced or the medium began to reverse flow, the valve flap in the spring reset will quickly move downward to seal the valve seat, thus preventing the medium from flowing backwards.
