Floating structure: the ball valve adopts floating ball design, the ball can float freely in the valve body. When the valve is closed, the medium pressure acts on the ball, making it press against the valve seat to form a seal. This design makes the valve in the closed state has good sealing performance.
Worm gear transmission: the valve adopts worm gear transmission mechanism for operation, through the rotation of the worm gear to drive the ball rotation, so as to achieve the opening and closing of the valve. Worm gear transmission has the advantages of small operating torque, smooth transmission, long service life and so on.
Flange connection: the valve is connected by flange at both ends, which is convenient to connect with pipeline or other equipment. Flange connection has the advantages of good sealing, solid connection, easy installation and so on.
Turbine design: the design of the turbine part enhances the fluid control ability of the valve, especially in the occasions where precise control of fluid flow or pressure is required.
Selection and installation considerations
Selection: according to the nature of the medium (such as temperature, pressure, corrosiveness), the specifications of the pipeline and the use of requirements, such as selecting the appropriate type and specifications of the valve.
Installation: Before installation, the valve and pipeline should be checked to ensure that no damage and debris. Installation should be in accordance with the requirements of the manual to ensure that the valve and pipeline connection sealing is reliable.
Commissioning: after the completion of the installation should be debugging and inspection of the valve to ensure that the valve operation is flexible, reliable sealing, and in line with the design requirements.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance and repair of the valve, check the sealing performance, operating mechanism and connection parts are normal, if there is any abnormality should be dealt with in a timely manner.
