Main features
Automatic sealing: DIN standard check valves rely on the flow of the medium itself to automatically open and close the valve flap, effectively preventing the backflow of the medium.
Compact structure: the valve structure is reasonably designed, compact and lightweight, easy to install and maintain.
Reliable sealing: the use of high-quality sealing materials to ensure that the valve has good sealing performance in the closed state.
Widely used: suitable for water, oil, gas and other media, as well as different temperatures and pressures under the conditions of the working environment.
Technical Parameters
Design standard: follow DIN3356 and other DIN related standards.
Structure length: in accordance with DIN3202 standard.
Connection flange: designed following DIN2543-2545 standards.
Test and inspection: follow DIN3230 and other standards.
Nominal pressure: usually PN1.6 to PN40 (or equivalent Lb class), depending on valve type and specification.
Operating temperature: according to the valve material and sealing material, the applicable temperature range is wide, generally up to -40 ℃ to 425 ℃ or higher.
Valve body material: including cast steel (e.g. WCB), stainless steel (e.g. 304, 316, etc.) and other materials available.
