Structural features
Clamped connection: the valve adopts the clamped connection structure, i.e. both sides of the valve are connected with the pipeline system through flanges, without additional bolts or nuts, easy and fast installation.
Single-valve rotary design: the valve is designed as a single-valve rotary design, which can rotate around the axis to open or close the valve. When the medium is flowing in the forward direction, the valve flap opens automatically; when the medium stops flowing or flows in the reverse direction, the valve flap closes automatically under the action of gravity or spring.
Stainless steel material: the valve body, valve flap and other key components are made of stainless steel, with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for a variety of media and environments.
Working Principle
The working principle of stainless steel clamped single flap rotary check valve is based on the flow direction of the medium and the automatic rotation of the valve flap. When the media flow in the positive direction, the media pressure to promote the valve flap around the axis of rotation to the open position, the media through; when the media stop flowing or reverse flow, the valve flap in the gravity or the role of the spring automatically rotate back to the closed position, cut off the path of the media flow, to prevent the media backflow.
Performance characteristics

Small flow resistance: when the valve is open, the flow path between the valve flap and the valve seat is unobstructed, small flow resistance, which is conducive to the smooth flow of the medium.
